We can carry out complete stocktakes or take audit samples at random or based on value; eg. your 500 most expensive items and 250 other items selected at random. The spares are audited and reported by bin location and by item.
We believe that accuracy is everything. During all stocktakes and stock audits, every single item is counted or weighed and logged into our state-of-the-art barcode scanners. At the end of the stocktake, our clients are provided with a selection of stocktake reports that are easy to understand and interpret, enabling immediate action to take place if required.

We create a special ‘Stocktaking Pack’ individually for each client, which contains detailed client-specific procedures and requirements. If you have sites all over the UK, this procedure will be distributed to all relevant staff, ensuring that all of your sites receive exactly the same service, whether based in Penzance or Inverness.
The stocktaking pack also includes contact information for our clients and us. If something untoward happens out of hours, everyone knows who to contact.
