Many of our staff have been with us for over ten years and have risen through the ranks as the business has grown in stature. We are constantly monitoring and updating our policies and stocktake procedures via a number of methods, including pre-paid postage feedback questionnaires, which are handed to every client on every job we undertake.
We monitor all feedback rigorously and use it to motivate our teams and enable us to provide the best stocktaking service possible. In the rare event that a client has an issue, our Senior Management Team act swiftly to investigate accordingly.
